Information Technology Officer/Technician

Established for over 30 years, Fylde Community Link support adults with learning disabilities to do the things in life that you may take for granted. Due to continued organisational growth we are seeking a competent IT Officer to maintain and develop the company IT capabilities.

The successful applicant will be required to oversee day to day IT maintenance operations in our Microsoft server environment and provide basic IT support to users. Experience of VMware, remote desktops and SharePoint would be an advantage, but the post holder will certainly be methodical in their work practice with good planning, time management and documentation skills.

You will be someone who wants to make a difference to a small part of the world; you will be able to work within a fast paced environment and enjoy keeping IT working at its best.

The post is a permanent contract of 36.25 hours per week, with 30 days annual leave.  Core working hours are 9:30 to 15:30 Monday to Friday with other hours worked flexibly to suit the needs of the organisation including some tasks which are required out of hours.

The starting salary is £18,129 to £20,569 dependent on knowledge and experience with incremental progression. Salary will be paid weekly by BACS transfer.

The post will be subject to suitable references and a DBS check.
